EIB November offer terms
These terms apply specifically to the EIB × Ginivo November 2026 partnership offer. A 15-minute call is only a conversation: it is not a subscription, activation or billing authorization. Commercial details must be presented before activation and any payment authorization.
1. Eligibility, requests and activation
The offer is for the first 50 eligible EIB clinics to complete activation. Requests are accepted November 1–30, 2026, or until 50 eligible clinics activate, whichever comes first. Solo clinics are welcome. Eligibility, actual capacity and technical/data fit are confirmed before activation; no universal CRM integration is promised.
A Partner Access Code issued within the request window is valid for 7 days, including into December where applicable, subject to actual capacity. Requesting a code or booking a call does not reserve an activation.
2. Trial and paid Growth access
A 30-day free trial starts at activation. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the paid charge. After the trial, $716.40 is charged once for the next 12 paid months of Ginivo Growth (70% off $2,388). After those paid months, the subscription automatically renews at $2,388 annually unless canceled before renewal.
$199/month is a reference price, not this offer’s monthly charge. There is no performance or per-appointment fee.
The “$1,000+ in exclusive EIB benefits” badge includes the first-paid-year subscription savings under the EIB offer. It is not a cash payment or an advertising credit, and does not assign a separate market value to the creatives.
3. Cancellation
Send your cancellation request to support@ginivo.ai before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge, or before the annual renewal deadline to avoid renewal. A cancellation request sent before the applicable deadline is effective without waiting for support acknowledgment.
Sharing, recommendations, reviews and testimonials are voluntary. Trial cancellation does not require repayment or a clawback of the clinic promotion package.
4. Your clinic promotion package
- 2 social post creatives, 1 Spotlight ad and 1 social cover tailored to your clinic, with 1 revision round.
- A $150 clinic Facebook media budget over 2 weeks. Promotion follows activation and clinic asset, creative and ad approval; it is not conditional on the first paid charge.
- A clinic Spotlight on Ginivo’s website and owned channels, with your permission.
Any participation badge identifies participation only. It is not a clinical-quality certification. No minimum leads or guaranteed revenue are promised.
5. Messaging allowance and availability
A dedicated Ginivo messaging number and up to 1,000 outbound messages per month are included through available, verified channels for your clinic setup. There are no extra charges during the 30-day trial; paid extra packs are not offered during the trial.
After the trial, optional packs cost $29 per 500 outbound messages and require an explicit purchase. There is no automatic overage.
Your clinic may review recommendations and send manually through its existing channel. Direct in-app email is not available yet; other direct sending options are confirmed for each setup through verified channels. Automatic email or SMS sending is not promised.
Appropriate channel consent and explicit clinic review are required. Uncorrected output is not approval.
6. Offer availability and questions
