CRM Campaigns and Clinic Opportunity Recommendations
Compare the decisions your current system supports before deciding whether another product is necessary.
Start with your current workflow
A clinic CRM or booking system may already support reminders, segmentation and automated campaigns. An opportunity recommendation workflow addresses a specific decision: which existing client fits a current service, provider and time, and why the team should consider contact now. The two workflows can overlap. Inspect your current system before deciding that another product is necessary.
Questions for a fair comparison
Can your current system use fresh appointment availability in the decision? Can you see why a client was selected? Can your team review a draft before it is sent? Can you account for future bookings and recent contact? Can you connect the action to a completed appointment? These are evaluation questions, not assertions that any named competitor lacks the functions.
A fictional side-by-side decision
A periodic return-visit campaign might select clients after a time interval. For a Thursday facial opening, the clinic may also need to check provider fit, time suitability, future bookings and permission. Either your current system or an added tool may support these checks. Ask to watch the actual sequence with the same fictional input and compare the decisions you can inspect.
How Ginivo is positioned
Ginivo helps clinics choose relevant outreach opportunities from client history and calendar availability. It provides a reason and a draft that the clinic reviews. It should be evaluated alongside the process you already use, with the supported system or import path confirmed before activation. It is not presented here as a replacement CRM or as universally compatible software.
Compare cost against actual work
Use the written subscription terms or, for eligible EIB clinics, the specific performance-offer terms. Include message allowances, staff time, setup work and any data-path cost. A second subscription is not justified by an attractive demo alone. Measure whether the workflow produces decisions you would act on and outcomes you can verify.
Choose a small test
Use one service and a few appropriate opportunities. Set the person responsible for approval and record responses, bookings and completions separately. If your current process already solves the same decision well, record that finding. If Ginivo improves a decision your team struggles with, confirm terms and the supported setup before expanding use.
