High-level security principles that guide how Ginivo is built and operated.

Secure transport

Traffic between your browser and Ginivo is served over encrypted connections, and data exchanged with the third-party platforms we integrate with is sent over their encrypted interfaces.

Least-privilege access

Access to systems and data is limited to the people and services that need it to operate Ginivo, and permissions are removed when they are no longer required. Integrations request only the permissions needed to deliver the service, and you can revoke them at any time.

Careful vendor selection

Ginivo relies on established infrastructure, hosting, and communication providers. We choose vendors deliberately and review what data each provider needs before it is shared.

Data minimization

We aim to collect and retain only the data needed to identify revenue opportunities and operate the service. Retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

Incident response

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will investigate, act to contain it, and notify affected customers and the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
